Jupiter imaging trip - Barbados December 3rd to 17th 2011
This page shows RGB images taken on the night of the 14th/15th December 2011 during the two week trip. Images are presented in date order, and this is work in progress with more images still being processed. (this page last updated on 09-Feb-2012).
All images taken with a C11 and PGR Flea3 at around f/35 with Trutek RGB filters. Frame rate was typically 65 fps (depending on transparency). 60 seconds per channel. Images are presented with North at top and the following edge at left. WinJupos was used to assemble these images (De-rotation of Images and De-rotation of R/G/B images)

In this series of images, the moon Io, and it's shadow can be see transiting the disk.
